Flying Flow

Yoga and acrobatics aerial techniques, dance and organic movement in the air. Follow us to bind together the elements of vinyasa and aerial dance and create a unique ‘flight’ into the air.
Creative flows within and with the hammock, transitions, balance and flips that are always in co-ordinance with your breathing. The sequence will climax with the choreography. Our session will be completed with grounding and stretching exercises.

Manto Papadogeorgou

The name given to her is Manto. What characterizes her is empathy for all the creatures of Earth. Her great interest is the exploration of the human soul.
Knowledge and experiences that she gathered up until now in her journey, have brought her close to what she really loves; the experiential teaching of yoga philosophy and practice.
Her engagement with body work started at a young age along with studies on classic and modern dance.
In 2007 she succeeded in her examinations at the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing for ballet.
She has graduated from the University of Patras at the Pedagogical Department of Science and Education in Preschool Age and she had worked in public kindergartens for eight years.
Yoga has been a part of her life since 2009. On her mat and away from it, it helps her remain agile and flexible, overcoming difficulties and fears.
She successfully completed the 200-hour T.T.C. next to Christos Harikopoulos, Aerial T.T.C with Tanya Popovich, Prenatal Yoga with Gaia Laskou. She has attended seminars and trainings in Vinyasa Krama with Panos Katsandris, Vinyasa Flow with Nikita Akilapa, Chakra-Phsychology of Yoga with Coral Brown. She remains a student on the path of yoga deepening her knowledge through daily friction and practice with people and the body.
From 2012, she shares her experience and love for yoga through the guidance of individual and group courses of Hatha Sequence, Vinyasa Flow and Aerial Flow yoga, always respecting each student’s capabilities and limits.
The right alignment, the creative sequences, the sense of safety and the synchronization of breathing with every movement characterize her courses. She continues to explore to create and share, full of love and excitement, the physical and emotional healing that yoga offers.
