Whirling Dervishes Workshop

Whirling is based on spinning and it is a traditional way of meditating. It increases body awareness, aims to deal with different body conditions, increases concentration and helps to relieve mentally and physically. It allows people to discover how to use breath and to see its profits. It is a spiritual individual journey through inside of each person.
