12:30 – 14:30, DANCE CENTRE CLASS 1
Flow
It is a Contemporary dance class, shaped by the influences of contemporary dance academic techniques combined with the way the release techniques suggest. It includes structured warm-up exercises on floor and standing position and is finally completed by learning a movement phrase. In this workshop we will approach our dance technique focusing on how we breathe through our movement, trying for fluidity, preciseness, and accurate muscular tension.
