The workshop includes teaching vocal technique as a means, either for better and healthier use of voice, or for artistic expression through song.
At the individual level, participants will clarify what is and what is not really their voice, what constitutes and what is not vocal technique and how our body is using the voice as a communication vehicle.
Also, at the group level, we will explore the collective musical voice creation using modern technical approach in the voice, the resonance and the use of the body as a musical instrument during a process that will lead us in a performance, using traditional and original musical material from different eras and cultures lived, enriched and seen through the personal experiences of the participants.
